Checking Your Order Status

To provide the best customer service to you, please include the product id, and your name on all correspondence.

How fast will I get the order?

Your order is normally processed within 1 working day of you placing the order with us. We will then dispatch your good via Royal Mail. It can vary in how quickly they ship out these goods, but usually items are shipped in a couple of business days.

Guarantee and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any product we'll be happy to give you refund or exchange. Just write us at orders@surf-monkey.co.uk and we can tell you where to send it.

Please contact us about your return within 14 days of receiving it. All shipping charges and insurance are your responsibility unless the item was shipped to you incorrectly by our error or is somehow damaged.

Please include a note with the reason why you were dissatisfied.
